(NOTE:  As of January 1, 2004, federal regulations do not allow us to perform a traditional "retype."  This assignment will now be considered a completely "NEW ASSIGNMENT" which will entail a new physical inspection of the property.  In other words, simply changing the lender name on the report is no longer allowed by our federal appraisal standards.
